Position Summary: Work as a liaison for NAF borrower to NAF LO. Connect our borrowers with credit repair agency if needed or use inhouse tools for credit simulations. Build rapport on initial call, take detailed notes, communicate outcome with all parties involved, follow up with leads as needed. Keep organized records of all active leads sent over to repair agency and inhouse leads we used simulations on. Touch base with borrower and redirect them to NAF SR LO when credit is properly seasoned. Successful RePath Advisors effectively communicate with the customers, credit repair agency and Loan Officers through email and telephone and provide a high level of customer service to all parties involved with the interaction to create an exceptional customer experience.   Location: Remote Ok. This role maintains communication with borrowers, internal teams, and vendors.  

Position: Production Assistant Location: Las Vegas, NV/ Henderson, NV   Pay: $15 - $17.31/hr. + $25 per funded file. Position Summary: The Production Assistant will be responsible for but not limited to assisting origination staff (loan officers, sales managers, etc.) with loan setup by preparing and reviewing loan documents, entering application information into the Encompass loan system, and work closely with all parties involved in the loan process including but not limited to customers, loan officers, escrow, title, etc., to order and collect additional loan documentation.

Position: Loan Officer Assistant- Must be Bilingual Spanish.   Location: Nevada- Remote   Pay: $23/hr. + Bonuses   Position Summary: The Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) works directly with and supports the loan origination staff (loan officers, sales managers etc.). By working collaboratively with the loan origination staff and processing team, a successful LOA has current product knowledge of loan programs and will be able to communicate loan requirements with customers, processors and loan officers.

Position:Condo Approval Production Assistant Location: Remote Pay: $22-$27/hr. DOE Position Summary: Primary responsibilities include assisting origination staff (loan officers, sales managers, etc.) with requesting condominium documents, entering information into Project Tracker, using Encompass loan system, and work closely with all parties involved in the condo document collection process including but not limited to customers, loan officers, escrow, title, etc.
