Position: Pre-Foreclosure Supervisor
Location: US - Remote OK - (Required to work Hybrid if living within 31 miles of Austin, TX)
Compensation: $50K-80K, DOE
Position Summary:
The Pre-Foreclosure Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day activities of a team of Pre-Foreclosure Analysts. The Supervisor provides development, direction, and guidance to all team members to accomplish department objectives. The Supervisor is responsible for establishing and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company, investor, federal and state regulatory guidelines and servicing guidelines established by the CFPB governing loans in Foreclosure.

3. Must have demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
5. Has knowledge of commonly used terminology, concepts and practices and procedures within the mortgage industry.
6. Knowledge of MSP, with at least (2) years recent experience working with MSP.
7. Good business writing and math skills.
8. Analytical and organized.
9. Strong PC skills. Must be proficient in MS Windows, MS Outlook and MS Office Suite. MS VISIO and MS SharePoint experience a plus.
10. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Desired Education/Experience:
1. The ideal candidate should have (4+) years' experience in Default and/or Foreclosure.
2. Minimum (2) years of supervisory experience.
3. History of reliable attendance.
4. Ability to work a schedule that includes some weekends.
5. Must be able to pass background investigation.
6. Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to perform the essential job functions.
