Overview

Position: Executive Assistant & Marketing Support

 

Location: On-Site, Syosset NY

 

Compensation: $20-$25/hr, DOE

 

Position Summary:

Primary responsibilities include directly supporting the Branch Manager and with administrative support & Marketing Initiatives

Responsibilities

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the
• department.
• Provide detailed administrative support & coordination of day-to-day logistics within the
• department.
• Manage the CMO’s calendar, and filter requests for meetings in order of importance & time-
• sensitivity.
• Maintain the department accounting processes & a detailed log of payments and recurring
• charges.
• Provide administrative, logistic, & hands-on support for special & recurring projects.
• Attend meetings, take meeting notes, and follow up with attendees on action items.
• Support marketing management in organizing various projects.
• Gather important data, and update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories.
• Other miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed by the BM
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Previous experience supporting leadership in a marketing department, advertising, or agency is preferred.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs (i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent presentation, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Five or more years of experience working as an executive assistant
• One or more years of experience in a marketing department, advertising, or agency preferred.
• 5 or more years of experience working with C-Suite Executive(s)
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
