Salary: $160K - $175K/yr d.o.e.
Location: Remote OK - If living within 31 miles of Tustin, CA or Austin, TX will need to be able to work a hybrid schedule
The Principal Product Manager is a senior individual contributor and strategic force within the Product organization, responsible for shaping the long-term vision, strategy, and evolution of NAF Link, our flagship Point of Sale (POS) platform. This role operates at a system level, influencing not only individual features but the overall architecture, experience, and business outcomes of the loan origination journey.
As a Principal PM, you will partner closely with executive leadership, engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to ensure NAF Link remains a category-defining platform for Loan Officers and borrowers alike. You will tackle the most complex product problems, lead high-impact initiatives end-to-end, and serve as a thought leader and mentor within the product organization.
