Role: Technical Project Manager
Location: U.S. Remote
Compensation: $80K-100K/yr DOE
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled, driven, and motivated Technical Project Manager to work directly with New American Funding’s Initiative Management Office team. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with talented individuals to achieve and develop new goals and ultimately reach new levels of success.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-versed in various project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Lean principles, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Key responsibilities include overseeing teams, planning and executing projects to meet business goals, creating project plans, tracking progress, communicating with stakeholders, and removing obstacles to ensure team success, all while maintaining a positive attitude.
This position is part of the Initiative Management Office (iMO) within NAF, the central hub for overseeing projects and programs aligned with the company’s strategic goals. The iMO, composed of Project/Program Management, Organizational Change Management, and Business Analysis, engages directly with high-level stakeholders to ensure effective initiative execution and adoption. iMO’s focus is primarily on strategic alignment that maximizes business benefits and stakeholder returns, driving the company towards its key objectives.
