Position: Sales Manager

 

Location: Charlotte, NC (on location)

 

Salary - up to $72k d.o.e. + monthly bonus + full time bneefits including 401k, paid holidays, and paid vacation

 

Position Summary

 

NAF Insurance is hiring an Insurance Sales Manager for our fast-growing agency to lead teams of licensed insurance advisors with a focus on driving revenue growth in a sales center environment. The manager is responsible for continuous team development, issue resolution, and monitoring the metrics and KPIs of the agents and the team. They will work with other key internal and partner stakeholders to improve our customer and advisor experience, driving significant increases in total policy sales.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on team leadership and problem-solving
  • Constantly coach advisors on sales acumen, customer rapport, and closing ability
  • Must be able to sell and lead by example
  • Motivate and inspire team members
  • Act as the first point of contact for any questions that a team member may have
  • Coordinate team logistics and technical support
  • Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team efforts
  • Provide the team and individual advisors with monthly goals and execute plans to help them achieve those goals
  • Facilitate problem solving and collaboration within the team
  • Own intraday workforce management to keep the team focused and on track

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years experience and a proven background of sales management;
  • Insurance experience is required, preferably with a strong understanding of property & casualty
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales team goals on a regular basis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, flexible and solution oriented
  • Data driven and results focused
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred
