Position: Licensing Specialist
Pay: $25 - $31/hr d.o.e.
Location: Remote or Hybrid if resides within 31 miles from Tustin, CA or Austin, TX
Position Summary:
The Licensing Specialist supports the Licensing Department. Responsible for updating Support
System/Ticketing system with requests frequently throughout the day. Works with New Hires with
Onboarding and updating systems with licenses. Proficient with Excel. Communication and problemsolving.
Team player, attention to detail. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of
creativity and latitude is required. Reports to Licensing Manager.
Responsibilities:
Assisting New Hires
Updates systems
Handles all Social Media Requirements
Handles the Licensing Inbox requests
Has Knowledge of Banking Dept Rules and Regulations
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proficient with Excel spreadsheets.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, and communication with all parties involved
in the ticketing process.
Desired Education/Experience:
1–2 years mortgage experience preferred.
NMLS Licensing experience required.
Must be familiar with Excel spreadsheets.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
