Position: Marketing Assistant - Production Team
Location: St. Louis, MO (full-time onsite)
Compensation: $18.50/hr. + full-time benefits
Position Summary: The Marketing Assistant supports all aspects of the Marketing Department’s print production and fulfillment process. This position plays a key role in preparing and distributing marketing materials to our Loan Officers, Branches, and Referral Partners. Responsibilities include printing, cutting, binding, packaging, and shipping marketing materials, as well as tracking inventory levels, maintaining organized supplies, and assisting with special marketing projects as needed.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with print production methods or equipment, such as digital printing, binding, laminating, folding, or specialty finishing, is a plus but not required — training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative marketing team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality materials that support our company’s sales and marketing initiatives.
