Collateral/Stacking Supervisor

Position:  Collateral Supervisor

Salary:  Up to $60K/yr d.o.e.

Location:  Full-time on-site: 18583 Dallas Pkwy, Suite 160, Dallas TX 75287

Summary: The Collateral Supervisor responsibilities include managing a team of collateral reviewers and overseeing Post Closing Collateral Department by preparing collaterals based on Warehouse guidelines. Clearing exceptions, paying Mortgage Insurance Premiums, Veterans Affairs fees, as well as USDA’s.

• Oversee and manage a staff of a collateral reviewers
• Prepare collaterals per Investor/Warehouse
• Ship collaterals via Fedex per Warehouse
• Upload shipping information into Encompass
• Upload Fedex shipping information into folder
• Pay MIP’s, VA’s and USDA’s
• Login files that ship to Redhill location

• • High School diploma or GED or Some College
  • 5+ years’ mortgage experience preferred in a supervising or management role – Post Closing, Mortgage Operations, Processing, Underwriting, Funding, and/or QC
• 2+ years’ working in post-close collateral department or post-closing department
• Encompass 360
• Working knowledge of conventional and government residential mortgage loans, and investor guidelines.
• Must have excellent attention to detail.
• Prior experience and proficiency with Loan Origination Systems and Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
