Job Title: Marketing Coordinator – Production Team

 

Starting salary $18.50/hr + full time benefits

 

Location: St. Louis, MO (full-time onsite)

 

About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Production Team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, working with our in-house commercial printing and shipping operations to support our loan officers, referral partners, and regional marketing efforts. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, being part of a collaborative team, and seeing projects go from design to delivery, this could be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities

  • Printing & Production: Operate our commercial printer to produce postcards, door hangers, flyers, booklets, handouts, business cards, and other marketing collateral.
  • Cutting & Finishing: Use our commercial cutting machine to trim and finish printed materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Shipping & Logistics:
    • Prepare shipments for our outlying branches, including boxing, labeling, and documentation.
    • Deliver packages to UPS on designated shipping days.
    • Provide tracking information to internal teams.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with a variety of general marketing projects, including events, campaigns, and special initiatives as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and with a high level of quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfortable with hands-on production work (printing, cutting, shipping).
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).

Desired Education/Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Minimum 1 years' marketing experience or agency equivalent experience
