In this role, you’ll focus on driving operational excellence across product engineering teams by enabling efficient workflows, ensuring high adoption of delivery tools, and creating transparency into team performance metrics. The Technology Operations Manager will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Security teams to ensure systems are stable, processes are efficient, and tools are optimized to support high-performing teams. Ensure tools are configured effectively, fully adopted, and aligned with team needs to support efficient, transparent delivery. Partner with engineering teams for technical implementation as needed.
  • Incident & Change Management: Partner in incident and change management processes, contributing to visibility, root cause learning, and process improvements that strengthen engineering practices and reduce recurrence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Operations and Engineering leaders to align delivery practices across teams and provide actionable insights into progress, dependencies, and risks.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track engineering team health and delivery metrics (e.g., lead time, cycle time, throughput, predictability) to provide visibility and enable continuous improvement.
  • Technology Roadmap Support: Align operational practices with the broader technology roadmap, ensuring consistent adoption of standards and transparency across initiatives.
