Overview

Job Title:  Non-QM Account Executive 

 

Salary:  $48K - $60K/yr plus commission

 

Location: U.S. Remote

 

The Non-QM Representative is responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with Loan Originators to promote and sell the company’s Non-Qualified Mortgage (Non-QM) loan products. This role focuses on driving loan production, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that our sales teams are educated and trained to originate Non-QM products.

 

Responsibilities

Sales & Relationship Management

  • Proactively source Non-QM products to increase Non-QM loan production.
  • Educate Retail Loan Originators Non-QM loan programs, underwriting guidelines, and competitive advantages.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, webinars, and in-person meetings to drive engagement and loan submissions.

Market & Product Expertise

  • Stay current on Non-QM industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory updates.
  • Identify market opportunities and provide feedback to management on product enhancements or market needs.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in wholesale mortgage sales, with a focus on Non-QM products strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production goals.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Non-QM loan programs, including bank statement, asset depletion, DSCR, and other alternative documentation products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with LOS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous Underwriting experience preferred

Licensing:

  • NMLS license may be required depending on state regulations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly and quarterly loan volume production.
  • Number of active Loan Originators relationships maintained and developed.
  • Loan pull-through and approval rates.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
