Position: Marketing Coordinator - Pacific Northwest Region
Location: Everett, WA or Kirkland, WA - (Hybrid)
Schedule: **Working PST hours**
Salary Range: $50-60k, DOE
Position Summary:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role on the regional marketing team, supporting Loan Officers with a wide range of marketing initiatives. This position is remote but must be able to commute to nearby offices in Kirkland and Everett, WA to assist with studio recordings and events during and after hours when applicable.
You will be responsible for facilitating new hire onboarding and collaborating on the creation and execution of marketing projects across digital, print, and social media platforms. The role requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
You’ll also analyze current and upcoming initiatives to improve efficiency and impact, while providing administrative support as needed. This role places a strong emphasis on internal communications and new hire onboarding, helping drive our continued nationwide expansion.
1. Experience with marketing methodologies and event planning.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Must be able to meet deadlines and department performance standards.
5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask
6. Proficient in Canva design
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintaining fast-paced workflow.
8. Knowledge of all social networking platforms
9. Thorough knowledge of top social media platforms, Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn
10. Creative with an eye for detail and design
