Overview

Job Title:  Account Executive - Non-QM

Salary:  $48K - $60K/yr plus commission

Location: U.S. Remote

 

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Non-QM (Non-Qualified Mortgage) Account Executive to join our dynamic mortgage sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with mortgage brokers, correspondents, and other referral partners to drive loan volume in the Non-QM lending space. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Non-QM loan products, excellent sales skills, and a proven ability to generate business through relationship building and strategic market outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Source, develop, and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, correspondents, and referral partners to increase Non-QM loan production.
  • Product Expertise: Serve as a product expert for Non-QM programs, including bank statement loans, asset depletion, DSCR, and other alternative documentation products.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through loan funding, ensuring smooth communication and support throughout the process.
  • Training & Education: Provide training and guidance to partners on product guidelines, loan structuring, and submission best practices.
  • Market Outreach: Attend industry events, networking functions, and broker meetings to expand market presence and identify new opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, reporting progress to leadership.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations, underwriting, and secondary marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate loan closings.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of mortgage sales experience, with at least 2 years specializing in Non-QM loan products.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Non-QM guidelines, alternative documentation types, and investor requirements.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed production goals in a competitive market.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex products clearly.
  • Networking: Established network of broker and lender relationships is highly preferred.
  • Technical: Proficient in LOS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Compliance: Thorough understanding of mortgage industry regulations and compliance requirements.
