Position: Senior Scrum Master
Location: Remote, or hybrid if located within 31 miles of the Tustin, CA or Austin, TX offices.
Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced and talented Sr Scrum Master to lead a highly skilled development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven servant leader that will be empowered with the ability to establish goals and create plans to help drive their team towards maximizing their potential.
This position will work closely with Product Management, Software Engineering, and QA to guide Scrum activities including story refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, software releases, and retrospectives. You also will strive to keep the team focused and help to reduce obstacles that impede team progress. Our ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be process-driven, inquisitive, and be able to pick up new knowledge and skills independently.
Salary: $90K - $110K D.O.E.
