Location: Remote OK (2 days on-site if living within 31 miles of Tustin, CA or Austin, TX)

 

Pay: $120k to $140k DOE

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Introduction: New American Funding (NAF) is a nationwide mortgage lender committed to helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be focused on driving marketing efforts for NAF’s strategic partnerships, including but not limited to companies in financial wellness, insurance and other mortgage-adjacent categories.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Partner closely with strategic partnership managers to develop strategies that drive business metrics (product awareness, adoption, usage).

• Create customer journeys, product messaging and value propositions for different audiences (e.g., employees, loan officers, referral partners, homebuyers).

• Develop and distribute marketing material to educate NAF and partner teams on product/program value, target audiences, and potential use cases.

• Create compelling messaging and marketing content across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.

• Create sales enablement materials (e.g. pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, battlecards) for use by sales training and partner support teams.

• Manage campaign performance tracking and ensure alignment with mutual KPIs.

• Analyze competitive programs and assess how current partnerships stack up.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Legal, Brand, Customer Success, Lead Generation, Call Center, Sales Training) and key stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and marketing initiatives.

• Track partner engagement, co-marketing performance, and product adoption metrics; use data to optimize strategies and share insights.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas and influencing others to gain support.

• Creative thinker with a customer-first mindset and an eye for quality.

• Proficient in marketing automation and analytics tools.
