Overview

Position: Lead Acquisition Manager

 

Location: U.S. Remote

 

Pay: $75K - $100K/yr D.O.E. plus annual bonus

 

Summary: New American Funding (NAF) is a nationwide mortgage lender dedicated to providing tailored home financing solutions to borrowers across the United States. We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager, Lead Acquisition to oversee day-to-day performance operations, manage strategic vendor relationships, and drive growth across our lead generation and live transfer channels. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in performance marketing, call center operations, and data-driven account management.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

Account Management

  • Execute established processes for vendor onboarding, compliance, and ongoing management.
  • Maintain accurate monthly Insertion Order (IO) records in alignment with executive directives.
  • Schedule and manage recurring vendor meetings and clerical account duties.
  • Support campaign and provider launches by translating executive instruction into timely execution.
  • Build and sustain vendor relationships grounded in professionalism, transparency, and industry knowledge.

 

Reporting & Lead Performance

  • Monitor daily lead delivery performance using pre-established reports to identify anomalies and delivery gaps.
  • Collaborate with internal contact center teams to align on lead volume expectations and key campaign indicators.
  • Ensure campaign scheduling adherence, including time-of-day, day-of-week, and holiday delivery windows.
  • Assist in lead optimization strategies with leadership and analytics teams.
  • Contribute to the evolution of reporting tools and insights.

 

Budgets & Growth

  • Participate in monthly budget allocation across lead providers.
  • Track and manage a live inventory of providers, pricing, and available leads.
  • Support growth initiatives by identifying scalable opportunities and inventory gaps.

 

Sales & Business Strategy

  • Leverage vendor connections to gain competitive insights.
  • Works with leadership to deliver insights and potential solutions to sales
  • Provide actionable intelligence and recommendations to leadership and sales teams.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions and help implement forward-thinking initiatives.

 

Live Transfer Channel

  • Utilize experience in call center operations and attribution methods to improve live transfer workflows.
  • Assist in optimizing tracking processes and improving performance metrics.
  • Scale live transfer capacity through refined systems and operational enhancements.

Qualifications

Job Competencies / Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of account management experience, specifically within performance marketing and lead acquisition.
  • Proven experience managing accounts with significant monthly budgets.
  • 1+ years optimizing lead-to-sale conversion within the home lending or financial services industry.
  • Solid understanding of the lead-to-revenue lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with home-lending products and regulatory requirements.
  • 2+ years experience collaborating with call center teams and supporting telephony infrastructure.
  • Proficient with data environments, lead posting/API systems, and attribution models.
  • Advanced CRM experience and ability to manage lead/account systems efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
  • Proven ability to manage 10+ active accounts simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism and responsiveness.
