Overview

Position:  Sr Product Manager – NAF Cash & NAF Homes

Salary:  $140K - $165K/yr d.o.e.

Location: Remote OK (2 days on-site if living within 31 miles of Tustin, CA or Austin, TX)

 

New American Funding is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and scale digital solutions across two dynamic and high-growth business lines: NAF Cash and NAF Homes. In this role, you will drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment to deliver seamless experiences for homebuyers, real estate agents, and internal stakeholders.

NAF Cash empowers buyers with cash offer solutions to win in competitive markets, while NAF Homes is a tech-enabled real estate brokerage designed to simplify home buying and selling. You will be at the forefront of defining and executing a cohesive product vision across both.

 

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmapping
    • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the goals of NAF Cash and NAF Homes.
    • Own the end-to-end roadmap, from ideation through delivery and iteration, balancing near-term priorities with long-term vision.
    • Drive alignment between product, engineering, marketing, operations, and sales teams.
  • Customer and Market Insight
    • Partner with user research, customer success, and analytics to understand the needs of buyers, sellers, and agents.
    • Monitor competitive landscape in fintech and proptech to uncover trends and strategic opportunities.
  • Execution & Delivery
    • Translate product vision into clear requirements and user stories; prioritize backlog in partnership with stakeholders.
    • Work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality, scalable products on time and on budget.
    • Define and track key product metrics to evaluate success and inform future improvements.
  • Cross-Business Integration
    • Ensure that experiences across NAF Cash and NAF Homes are connected, cohesive, and optimized for internal and external users.
    • Identify areas of synergy between the two platforms and drive initiatives that enhance value across both.
  • Compliance & Risk Awareness

Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to relevant financial and real estate regulations.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, proptech, or a two-sided marketplace environment.
  • Experience building and scaling web platforms or digital tools for real estate transactions, mortgage lending, or homebuyer journeys.
  • Strong technical fluency; able to collaborate deeply with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven success working cross-functionally and managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of real estate transaction processes, MLS systems, or iBuyer/cash offer programs.
  • Familiarity with tools like CRM and Transaction Management products, APIs, analytics platforms, and marketing automation technologies.
  • Prior work in early-stage or fast-scaling products.
