Position: **Bilingual Spanish** - Call Monitor
Location: U.S Remote; Working under Pacific Standard Time Zone hours
Pay: $17/hr.
Position Summary: The Call Monitor works with the Inside Loan Agent Division and assists by monitoring and analyzing calls and call data. The primary function of this position is to listen to calls and evaluate the quality of the call. By both using call monitoring software and Excel, the Call Monitor will provide feedback and guidance on areas of improvement. A successful Call Monitor will effectively prioritize work load and practice exceptional attention to detail.
