Overview

Job Title: Product Manager – B2B

Location: Remote OK (If living within 31 miles of Tustin, CA or Austin, TX will need to be able to work 2 days on-site)

Salary:  $110K - $130K/yr d.o.e.

Key to our continued growth is building and supporting an ecosystem of partners around our core business to provide outstanding services to our clients. We're hiring a Product Manager to join our B2B team—a role instrumental to supporting the success of this strategy.

As a Product Manager at NAF, you'll contribute to the success and evolution of our products, working with a solid understanding of users and market opportunities. You'll help shape the product direction by analyzing user needs and market dynamics, using data to inform decision-making, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, developing product requirements, and supporting go-to-market strategies.

What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate will analyze product business metrics and help develop a roadmap aligned with business outcomes. You'll work effectively in a team environment, collaborating closely with engineers and designers. You'll demonstrate the ability to manage initiatives effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently deliver quality results.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B product development, with knowledge of the Mortgage or Real Estate industry being a plus.

Responsibilities

Product Development and Planning

  • Build expertise in your product area through user research, competitive analysis, stakeholder feedback, and data analytics
  • Support the development of product vision and strategy
  • Understand our customers: participate in user research, help develop personas, and identify pain points and solutions
  • Contribute to the product roadmap with focus on delivering value
  • Collaborate across product teams to coordinate dependencies
  • Help prioritize features based on business impact, risks, compliance requirements, and effort
  • Monitor key metrics and KPIs
  • Prepare and deliver product updates to stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product leadership and business stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering, and QA teams on implementation planning
  • Coordinate with Support, Training, and other business units to ensure quality user experience
  • Work with Marketing and Product Marketing on product launches and communication

Qualifications

Required

  • 3 years of experience in product management or related roles
  • Experience with product development processes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

  • B2B product experience
  • Knowledge of Mortgage or Real Estate industries (Mortgage TPO, Mortgage-Real Estate ecosystem, Real Estate Agent/Brokerage related software)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools
