Overview

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

 

Location: Plano, TX- hybrid.

 

Summary: A Talent Acquisition Specialist assists the VP, of Talent Acquisition with administrative, recruiting, marketing, event coordination, and miscellaneous tasks.

 

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Mange VP, of Talent Acquisition calendar, social media, and e-mail.
  • Takes meeting minutes and provides manager with recap of notes.
  • Works closely with Human Resources on new hire paperwork, onboarding, and exit interviews.
  • Assists Talent Acquisition team.
  • Creates and updates various reports and logs.
  • Assist with managing notes and other items in Bankerview.
  • Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
  • Initiates contact with possibly qualified candidates for specific job openings.
  • Coordinates communications between hiring managers and applicants.
  • Files and maintains employment records for future references.
  • Contacts candidates’ references to verify authenticity of information provided by candidates.
  • Enters notes and applicant information into Applicant Tracking System on a daily basis.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

2-3 or more years’ administration/ talent acquisition experience.

High School diploma or General Education Degree; some college preferred.

 

Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
