Overview

Position: Executive Assistant

 

Location: Remote (Ideally CST Time zone).

 

Pay: 55K-75K D.O.E.

 

Position Summary:

Primary responsibilities include directly supporting an Executive with planning/scheduling meetings, expense reports, travel requests, as well as contributing to other recruiting team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as assigned. Ideal candidates will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and multitasking abilities, and be able to work in a demanding, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Executive and assist with administrative tasks
  • Prepare reports by collecting information and analyzing data.
  • Handle Travel Requests and queries appropriately
  • Handle Expense Reimbursements
  • Maintain meetings, Meeting Notes, and provide reminders
  • Assist in Project management & Support for Executive
  • Manage the Executive’s Outlook inbox

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as Administrative or Executive Assistant.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs (i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent presentation, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exemplary Planning and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Must understand importance of keeping information discreet and confidential.

Desired Education/Experience:

  • Four or more years' experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

 

Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
