Job Title: ProLO Trainer
Location: Tustin, CA (Full-time In Office Position)
Summary: Seeking a highly motivated and well-spoken Mortgage Sales Trainer needed for our ProLO program (entry level Loan Officer training). This is also an excellent opportunity for a current Mortgage Loan Officer who is seeking career advancement. This individual is responsible for the development, facilitation and evaluation of training programs. The candidate must be able to assess training needs, design, develop and administer training programs. The desired candidate must be capable of acting with a high degree of independence, serving as the primary resource and mentor for training for all employees, with responsibility for developing knowledge and skill sets that lead to measurable performance increases.
Comp- starting at $80k DOE
Education/Experience:
