Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Agent Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to real estate agents through cold calling and effectively communicating the benefits of our programs and technologies. Your primary objective will be to educate agents about our offerings and generate agent referrals, while simultaneously building strong relationships with them. Additionally, you will serve as their main point of contact, providing comprehensive support to ensure the successful closure and funding of referred transactions.

 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

 

Pay Structure: competitive base pay of $20.00 per hour, as well as commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to real estate agents to offer our technology products and services in an effort to acquire referrals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the real estate industry and how our services can benefit agents and their clients.
  • Follow sales scripts and other tools to effectively communicate the benefits of our services and generate interest.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to maintain ongoing relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful lead conversion and customer acquisition.
  • Possess a detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate communication and note taking.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and understanding of how agents generate business.\
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with real estate agents.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to accurately record and maintain customer information.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Expectations:

  • Consistently demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and politeness in all interactions.
  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day and engage in at least 3 hours of talk time each day.
  • Generate a minimum of 3 sign ups / 1 referral per day.
