Overview

Position: Client Support Specialist, Bilingual Spanish

 

Location: Remote (must be able to work on Pacific Time)

 

Position Summary:

The Client Support Specialist (Bilingual, Spanish) is a quick learner who is reliable, can multitask, with strong phone, text, and e-mail communication skills. The primary function of this role is to support the different omni channel communication platforms that necessitate a response to both internal (Consumer Direct/Retail) and external clients.

 

Compensation: $17/hr

Qualifications

  1. Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  2. Fluent in Spanish
  3. Ability to communicate effectively via email, orally and in written form with co-workers, clients, and employees
  4. Multi-line telephone experience
  5. Multi-tasking ability
  6. Works well in a fast-paced environment
  7. Excellent attention to detail
  8. Intermediate computer skills (Mac and/or PC)
  9. Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  10. Ability to follow instructions and procedures

Desired Education/Experience:

  1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
  2. One to two years' experience in a call center or administrative support role is preferred

Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
