Overview

The Client Support Specialist is a quick learner who is reliable, can multitask, with strong phone, text, and e-mail communication skills. The primary function of this role is to support the different omni channel communication platforms that necessitate a response to both internal (ILA/OLA) and external clients.

 

Comp- $17/hr

Qualifications

  1. Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  2. Ability to communicate effectively via email, orally and in written form with co-workers, clients, and employees
  3. Multi-line telephone experience
  4. Multi-tasking ability
  5. Works well in a fast-paced environment
  6. Excellent attention to detail
  7. Intermediate computer skills (Mac and/or PC)
  8. Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  9. Ability to follow instructions and procedures

Desired Education/Experience:

  1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
  2. One to two years' experience in a call center or administrative support role is preferred

Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
